Setting the scene: Matt's gone hunting for 10 days. Hired a sitter to watch the kids. Left at 5:30 AM with the Midway Running Club Gang. Ran the 1/2 Marathon in Park City. (Breathtaking views would highly recommend it.) Great run. Was able to shave off 6 min. from my PR.Come home to the kids...
