As many of you already know I made the switch to Lake Real Estate, based here in Heber.

Just thought I'd announce my current offer to all friends/family.

If you send me a client (buyer or seller) that results in a closing you will receive a $100 gift certificate to the establishment of your choice! Or a $100 bill, whichever you'd like!

Thanks for your support!

You know you live in Heber when...

OK, so this day it was maybe 50 degrees.
Ammon has wanted to get out the slip and slide in THE worst way, so dad gave in and took photographic evidence.. I'd like to point out the snow in the mountains, as well as a FREEZING, reluctant Carly in the background, and our dear cat getting sprayed in the lower right frame of photo one.. This is award winning.

But I thought it was summer!

So I'm outside on our front porch enjoying the sun, watching the kids play in the yard..
Poor Carly comes out in this get up, sipping on ice water, sunglasses on and who knows what for an outfit, it was maybe 45 that day (although the sun was shining, I will give her that), when I quickly told her that she needed to go in and get some warmer clothes on she immediately burst into tears.. "But I thought it was summer!" Such devistation.

A new Era...

We have a crib for sale if anyone is interested, it's on KSL for $125, but I'd take $100.
Also for sale is a pack and play, Graco I think, it's purple.
Both in good shape, we just don't need them anymore and are saving up for a swing set for the kids. Just pass it along if you know anyone that's looking.

Say cheese

Now I was not present for this event, however I'm imagining the dialouge.
First let me give you a bit of background. Matt surprised Ammon with a weekend fishing trip to Flaming Gorge. They drove four hours, slept ( I use that term lightly) in a cold, crowded drafty boat in a parking lot. Had "breakfast" ( Ammon later told me that "Dad had forgot to bring any cereal so they noshed on licorice and tapioca pudding. )
Fished the whole day and not one fish was caught with the exeption of this one.
They let Ammon reel it in and savor the moment, and the first photograph is how he reacts... typical male I guess... The second pic I'm sure is for "mom"... Thanks buddy.
P.S. The fish was excellent with a little butter and a side of rice.
